When it matters
When do you need an independent count or audit?
In these situations an independent opinion on the ground is worth more than any report that reaches you from afar.
Before you invest or buy
Considering the acquisition of a business or a stake in one? We verify that the stock exists, how much there is and what condition it is in before you sign.
While working with a partner
Are your goods in a partner’s or a logistics operator’s warehouse? A periodic count confirms that the books match the shelves.
At handover and takeover
When management or the operator changes, or a storage contract ends, a joint count records what was handed over and what was received.
When numbers differ or a dispute arises
If figures disagree or a dispute starts, we provide a neutral count and a photo-documented report to base the decision on.
How we work
From question to decision: five stops
We begin with what you want to know and end with what you can do about it. In between, you always know where the work stands.
- 01
Define the purpose
Are you valuing a deal, following a partner or settling a disagreement? The answer sets the scale and the method.
- 02
Agree the frame
We write down the scope, the date and the deliverables with you, agree the report language and sign before anyone enters the warehouse.
- 03
Arrive on site
Our team meets the warehouse manager and fixes the cut-off moment and the state of the racks and entrances before the first count.
- 04
Count and document
Goods are counted and photographed, and the figures go into shared tables that can reach you as we go, if you wish.
- 05
Present to decision-makers
We hand over the report and walk you through what we found on a call or a meeting, then agree with you what should happen next.
Why WarehouseDepo
Neutral eyes where you cannot be present
Between you and your warehouse lie distance, borders and different working habits; we shorten them with presence and documentation.
A neutral eye on site

Distance does not hide the picture
Dated photographs and shared tables let you see the warehouse from where you are.
A report written for the decision-maker
We open with a one-page summary, then the detail for those who want to go deeper.

Every difference is recorded with its item and location, so your accountant or adviser can check it again.
Privacy of your numbers
Your stock and price data is used for nothing but your assignment, and this is written into the agreement.
Familiarity with local reality
We know how documents are written here and how books and warehouses are run, and we explain it well.

FAQ
What investors usually ask
We are outside Uzbekistan; how can we be sure the count really took place?
You receive dated photographs of the locations and items and the count sheets as recorded, and you can follow the work on a video call at times we agree.
Can a representative of ours attend the count?
Yes, your representative or adviser is welcome. We coordinate the date with them and walk them through the counting method before we start.
In which language will the report be written?
We agree the report language with you before we begin. Names and codes are quoted as they appear in the local documents so they are easy to trace.
What should we prepare before your team arrives?
The list of balances from your books, permission for the team to enter the warehouse, and a contact person on the site side. Everything else we arrange with you after the agreement.
The warehouse belongs to a partner or a logistics operator; can it still be counted?
We normally work with the consent of the warehouse owner or operator and in arrangement with them, and the terms of access are written into the agreement. If consent cannot be obtained, we tell you frankly what can and cannot be done.
What if a large difference appears in the figures?
We recount the items concerned before accepting them, then write up the difference with what we know about its causes, separating what is confirmed from what remains a possibility.
When will we know the final cost?
After a brief assessment of the size of the warehouse and the nature of the goods. The calculator on this site gives a first estimate in dollars only; the figure that counts is the one written into the agreement.
What if the warehouse is in a city other than Tashkent?
We work in the regions of Uzbekistan on request, and travel and accommodation appear in the quote as a separate line.
